By creating a Shuffl account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card and for keeping your password secure. One person or entity per account.

Acceptable use

• Don't impersonate others or post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Don't use Shuffl to send spam or harvest contacts without consent.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You own the content you add to your card. You grant us permission to host and display it so your card and public page function.

Connections

Contacts that people send you are provided by them. Use them responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws.

Availability

Shuffl is provided "as is." We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
