Shuffl ("we", "us") provides digital business cards. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information you provide

• Account: your name, email address, and password (passwords are stored only as a salted hash — never in plain text).
• Your card: the profile details you choose to add (title, company, bio, photo, phone, email, website, social and other links).
• Connections: contact details that people choose to send you through your card, which we store in your in-app CRM.

Information collected automatically

• Basic engagement counts for your own card (e.g., number of views and connections) so we can show you analytics.

How we use it

• To create and display your digital card and the public page people see when they tap or scan it.
• To save connections to your private CRM and let you export them.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your public card is, by design, visible to anyone you share its link or QR code with. We use Netlify for hosting and data storage.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Edit → Delete my account in the app, or at shuffl-card-app.netlify.app/delete-account.html. Deletion removes your account, card, connections, and analytics.

Security

Passwords are hashed (scrypt). Access to your CRM requires your authenticated session.

Children

Shuffl is intended for users 17 and older.
